Wide banded main border in a simplistic yet expressive and highly colorful crab style palmette and blossom design motif. Main field with an interior reciprocating pawn design motif. Fantastic vivid coloration of natural tones throughout. Colors and shades include: Sapphire blue, madder root red, jade green, mallard green, cherry red, saffron yellow, dusty blush, charcoal brown, camel, sand, ivory, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Mostly secure sides and ends. Multiple areas of mending old splits including darning and one end with old machine binding as well as old linen stitched to scattered areas. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
